A note from the archive. This organisation has no structure, no doctrine, no committee that convenes and nobody in charge. We have now been handed a five-step diagnostic framework, with numbered boxes, colour coding, and a wall chart. We wish to state for the record that we did not request it. We wish to state, more quietly, that we have read it four times. Question five asks what assumptions a system quietly makes, which we consider a personal remark. We ran the framework on ourselves, purely to be sporting. The results are filed at the bottom of this page and we would appreciate it if nobody drew attention to them.
